When I was there, the entire front page had been taken over by people insulting BAT. Granted, that's probably because, as in most cases, most people who even spotted the website did so in the context of a blog post such as the one above, but if that's the overwhelming content then unwary visitors can't fail to be alerted to the site's true motivations.

It's always so satisfying when daft corporate social media policies backfire like this. Anyone remember #mademesmile...?
