My wristwatch drifts by about 1 minute a month, but quartz can be quite accurate, you just need to keep it at a completely constant temperature.

Of course, if you're going to that level, try a rubidium or ceasium atomic clock or even a hydrogen maser. Admittedly they'll all a lot less easy to put on your wrist.
