Maybe AcornArcade could talk to the copyright holders and maybe release it as freeware or APDL might be able to put a copy on a 4D Collection.

Zool was one of the free games on the Acorn User games cover CD, along with others like Mad Professor Moriarty.

Later R-Comp released their own commercial collection of games with Zool and Mad Professor, etc.
