StrongEd or Edit?
(And for completeness sake, add that Edit-replacement you get with RISC OS 5. And Zap, although no-one will vote for that ) |

Yes, I think there's meant to be some kind of Edit-substitute in RISC OS 5... |

And I'm the third. The disc track editor was tempting, but I thought it best to go with StrongEd |

I also like the Select Draw and Paint more then the old ones as they have lots of little improvments. I especially like being able to flood fill with the mask colour in Paint and the kind of transparent nodes in draw. ________ SmoothArtist |

Also, it is the behavior I am used to now. That's the only reasons I can see for changing it, but I always thought the original way was best anyway, what advantages does the modern way have?
I also like the Select Draw and Paint more then the old ones as they have lots of little improvments. I especially like being able to flood fill with the mask colour in Paint and the kind of transparent nodes in draw. Sounds good, now I'll just go and read the Select website to find out more about this transparent node thing...whoops, it's not been updated, great marketing technique there. |
