I told a friend of mine about the TIB forums and he said
So I look at the top five threads, and they consist mainly of smileys with the occasional 'hmm'. What is this, some kind of content-free site?! |

My REMOTE_ADDR according to PHPInfo is 62.254.64.7 Technically it's not the firewall, otherwise you wouldn't be able to view web pages on this server either. You're just in the hosts.deny file.
Please re-send your request using the correct details, in triplicate, where they will be filed in a peat bog for several years.
Or just try it now. ________ Cheers, Rich.

*runs to the peat bog* Check your IP at http://www.houseofmabel.com/test.html; I've done a search for the IP address you gave and it's definitely not in there!
Are you sure you've got FTPc set up right - passive mode on and all that? ________ Cheers, Rich.

Try looking for the IP 243.118.7.80 because that is what another site tells me my IP is Doh! I think you mean 80.7.118.243! inktomi4-mid.server.ntl.com (62.254.64.7) is some kind of upstream web cache NTL employs, and so gives a bad result on those "what's your IP" pages; pc3-stoc4-5-cust243.midd.cable.ntl.com, which is the last refused FTP client, is 80.7.118.243.
Okay, try FTPing now... ________ Cheers, Rich.
