They are doing some extremely cool things recently - the "backstage" programming mashups (anyone can use their news etc.), free downloads (all the Beethoven symphonies in MP3 format), a P2P client for downloading TV shows in the week after they've aired (like a free VCR), Mighty Boosh series 2 premiering online, even down to how they managed to manipulate the rest of the media to make Dr. Who so successful... someone seems to have their heads screwed on.
