Want to recompile the Lua sources with GCC, but got an AMU makefile.

Want to recompile the Lua sources with GCC, but got an AMU makefile.
Shouldn't be overly difficult to rewrite the makefile in a way that GNU make understands. !AMU is part of the commercial C tools, so you're unlikely to find a copy.
