I accidentally deleted a file on my Acorn RISCOS 3.7.

Is there a way to recover it, since there's no recycle bin or whatever.

Thanks in advance,
Marco

Ah. Its gone forever, im afraid, however, there are many freeware applications out there to stop this happening in the future.

Actually there could be a program, called Undelete, that should do the trick:

http://www.quantumsoft.co.uk/undelete/

Shame I can't find it anywhere and the demo program file is corrupted.

Anyway thanks for your kind help.
Bye,
Marco

Please note: Undelete can only recover files which have been deleted after it is installed and working. If you've already deleted files and do not yet have Undelete then try the following application, DiscEdit, by another company.

The download worked fine for me.

UnDelete demo
DiscEdit

The download works, but if I test the ZIP archive integrity I find the CRC of some files incorrect.

DiscEdit archive is ok though.

Could you please confirm it ?

Thanks in advance,
Marco

Hmm, true, however if you open the file using SparkPlug it should unzip fine.
