AA refugee Posts: 2	Last time i played Elite was back in the mid 80's on my Acorn Electron. I have a mid range laptop now but have no idea about RISC OS etc...what do i need to download etc to play Elite on my laptop? I'm not really up on operating systems - help and very easy-to-follow instructions needed otherwise i'll have to dig out my old Acorn from the attic - please excuse my ignorance.....

AA refugee Posts: 6	From what I've read on the net, you might well find it easier to dig out your old computer! There are a couple of emulation programs out there, but none of them seem very easy to set up. Google will help you find them, if you haven't already. You will need your original Elite discs, as it's not (as far as I know) possible to download most Acorn games legally.
