Has Anyone got cheats or tips for Dune 2 please
i takes me hours just to do a couple of levels. Keep trying! What specifically is taking so long? The early levels should be pretty easy to do. You can have more than one harvester, which speeds up getting money, and like most RTS games churning out as many tanks as possible usually works fairly well. Cheats are only for having a bit of fun when you've completed the game without them! |

Personally, I simply compile it with "-DCHEAT" and then press Alt-W to automatically win the current level...  Or Alt-E to give me loads of cash to spend. |

Umm - yes. I find that pretending to be someone else such a drag, so I may as well be myself  when will equinox be released? Basically, when it's ready. I didn't get a lot of feedback from the last beta version, which meant my enthusiasm was dented somewhat. I'm currently building a car, which has taken priority (although now it's very cold in the evenings, it's easier for me to be indoors). will this be published by r-comp?! No - it will probably be available from my web site freely, but a CD will be available if anyone wants to fund my efforts a little (may also have more than the free version, such as videos). im only 12 and i did my english project in school on you and a couple of other peeps! Don't know what to say about that I'm somewhat flattered by that! what will be the price?! For the CD, probably a fiver. I'm not really after making money from it. do you plan to do other games other than equinox after this?! I've got some things that I've been working on for quite a while, but I'd like to see how the market goes - especially as I want to do something with the graphics acceleration available on new machines (Iyonix or A9home). your my hero!! Thanks - but I'm just an ordinary person - there are many people I would consider more worth of admiration than myself! |

At the Guildford show, I did have one person (not going to say who) get down on their knees and say "We're not worthy" when I presented my credit card do them. They may have done that to all customers though |

That's a bit harsh - I know that there were something like 12 messages in a very short space of time, but it's a normal newbie thing to do. I did the same thing when I first found Usenet - I replied to everything. Luckily it was the last day before my Uni broke up for Easter - I heard that one person said "thank God he shut up" |

but will it run on a A7000+ 40MB RAM and Risc Os 3.50?! Should do - although the A7000+ isn't the world's fastest machine. If you can go into 640x480x256 with 2 screen banks, it should be fine. |
