Hi,

I have loaded several ZIP files which I want to run on RedSqurrel.

They look like they were created in RiscOS

When I unzip them on the PC and drop them into the Redsqurrel harddisk folder they don't unzip correctly and RiscOS does not read them correctly.

Can anyone point me to a good ZIP file reader / creator for RiscOS that I can download and open these files correctly.

Thanks.

I'm confused about this as well. The files extract from zip files on RISC OS with no problem, using Sparkplug. But the extracted RISC OS files don't work because the RISC OS file types aren't saved in zip files (obviously!). So what I want to know is, are we expected to guess and manually set the type of each file extracted?? The intended file type is obvious for !Boot, !Run, !RunImage, amd sprites, but apart from that, how are we supposed to know what type?

They should be; do you have !System, !Scrap etc. installed properly?
