We reported earlier this month that Qercus was back in action with Issue 273 ready to be dispatched soon. John Cartmell, editor of Qercus has now confirmed that the issue is being sent out to subscribers this week.
The latest offering from Qercus contains a wide range of articles including a "hands-on preview of the A9home computer" from Advantage Six, "and RISC OS-32".
